First time here, my wife wanted to go out for a beef dip. We didn’t realize it was a lunch item but the restaurant was more than accommodating and made her delicious beef dip with a tasty garden salad. I opted for the BC salmon, it was as good as any I’ve ever had in Calgary, crispy skin was scrumptious and I will certainly return to have it again, but not before I try some of the other dishes that sound very tasty. This place is truly a hidden gem!

Great place with a cozy vibe and really tasty food. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a nice spot to enjoy a good meal-I’d happily go back.

We just happened to pass by here and were hungry, so we decided to try this newish restaurant. The food was quite surprising. We tried the Scallop & Prawn Linguine , Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, and Prime Beef Dip. All of them were really good, very impressive.

Today was my second visit to the Canadian eatery. The restaurant is very clean and well decorated. The staff are effective and courteous! The food is heavenly good and will repeat the experience for sure. It's a local must try ( on the pics, French onion soup, and Brushcetta)

Such a nice little find. Unassuming location in Woodbine. I had driven past it a few times and looked up the menu. Looked good so we tried it. I had the sirloin - the au jus was to die for! My husband had the chicken parm, sis-in-law the pork loin, and Mom-in-law the salmon. Everyone was happy. Very nice simple menu with a surprisingly good variety. Already thinking about what I will try next. Then we had the crème brûlée and the lava cake. Very nice. Quiet. Friendly. Recommend.

had an exceptional experience at the Canadian Eatery in Calgary, where the atmosphere made your visit even more memorable. The pork tenderloin with root vegetables and mushroom sauce was perfectly tender and flavorful, showcasing culinary excellence, while the deconstructed chicken pot pie offered top-notch flavors with a creative twist. Such a combination of great ambiance and outstanding dishes truly makes for a memorable dining experience.

“Best lamb shank I ever had, lots of flavour and fall off the bone” claims my husband. I had the seared scallop and shrimp linguine —the shellfish cooked to perfection and the linguine in a rose sauce was full of flavour. We will be back to work our way through the menu. Bites taken before photos - couldn’t help ourselves.
